Registration
Pre-registration is required for all workshops offered unless noted otherwise.
To register for classes:
We can e-mail you a registration form to print out or e-mail back to us.
For Children’s Workshops a Registration Form should be filled out before the 1st day of the workshop.
Payment
We accept cash, check or credit cards. You can pay via PayPal (you don’t need an account to use PayPal just e-mail us and you’ll receive an invoice that you can pay on-line).
Or mail a check to ArtStar P.O.Box 84 Williamsburg, Ma. 01096- be sure to include your phone number, workshop name/ date and time. It is always good to e-mail or call to secure your spot.
Payment Schedule Options
Payment can be made in 2 or more payments if necessary.
Full payment must be made by end of class time frame.
Discounts
Discount Policy Combined discounts cannot total more than 20% of total tuition.
Sibling Discount-
Five dollar discount for one day workshops and 10% off for 6 week programs.
This applies for siblings enrolled in any programs simultaneously.
Re-registering for a workshop gets you 10% off as well.Bartering: We will consider bartering in exchange for tuition when possible.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates-a great gift for any reason! Call/E-mail and we’ll send it out for you!
Scheduling/Refunds
Scheduling: Please note that classes and content are subject to change without notice.
Those registered will receive notice of changes (a full refund will be made or a credit can be applied towards a future workshop).
Refunds:
Refunds will be made if we are notified one week prior to classes start date.
No refunds after the first week of classes have started.
Weather:
If classes are canceled due to weather make-up times will only be arranged if scheduling permits.
Please note:Workshops and Programs will not always be cancelled if schools are closed due to weather-please call or e-mail to be sure.
ART FOR ALL
We want ArtStar to be available to everyone! We are planning Fundraising in order to provide scholarships.
